We have stayed in this villa four times as guests and so were delighted when the owners offered to sell it to us on their retirement in March 2007. The first time we entered the villa, all we could do was stand and stare and say “Wow” and it still has that effect on us now, having been continuously refurbished over the last few years with both taste and comfort in mind.

It has two mastersuites so is ideal for two families sharing, two twin themed rooms, a dining area leading off the large living area, fully fitted kitchen with breakfast nook, games room and a 30ft pool with plants and shrubs around it, giving it that tropical feel and all surrounded by a privacy fence so you are not overlooked.

The villa is in the sub-division of Indian Point, Kissimmee and is the ideal location for Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios and many other major attractions all within an easy 15 minutes drive. If you are golfers, there are about 50 good golf courses all within 20 minutes drive of the villa, the nearest being Kissimmee Oaks. Indian Point is ideally situated just off highway 192, only ten minutes from Disney and only a 2 minute drive from Wal-Mart, the 24 hour super store. There are numerous restaurants just minutes away plus lots of other entertainment.
