The large family room, with cathedral ceilings, looks out onto the pool area and has doors which are alarmed for childrens protection. The entertainment unit contains a 32” multi-channel cable TV, VCR, DVD, Hi-Fi, books, CD's, DVD's and games. It is comfortably furnished with both large and smaller sofas and a reclining arm chair. Off the family room is the dining area which has an extended table which seats 8 comfortably.

Adjacent to these rooms is the kitchen which is fully enquipped with all main appliances including dishwasher, cooker, microwave, double fridge/freezer with water and ice dispenser and the breakfast area.

The King master bedroom is richly furnished with an excellent quality sleigh bed with pillow-top mattress, TV and bedside phone plus a computer station with internet access. The ensuite bathroom has a corner tub and separate shower cubicle, a WC with privacy wall and vanity basins for him and her. There is a large walk-in closet which also houses the guest safe.

The Queen bedroom also has a top-grade bed, TV and bedside phone. It's ensuite bathroom has a tub with shower over and a single basin. This is a nice size room with a big closet and plenty of drawer space.

One twin room has a jungle theme with a high mounted multi-channel television. There is a ¾ size cot with linens stored in the closet for an infant. The fourth bedroom also has twin beds and has a Disney theme. This room overlooks the pool and has a Mickey Mouse TV and Play Station 2 with games plus a play table and toy box. The window to this room is alarmed. In the closet there is also a rollaway bed for one additional guest.

Both twin rooms share the 3rd bathroom.

The garage area has been converted for use as a games area with pool table, dart board, air hockey and boccaball. This area is not air conditioned but a large ceiling fan has been installed for comfort and this room also doubles as a utility area for washing machine and tumble dryer.

The South East facing 30ft pool and extended deck area catches the sun from early morning until 5pm and is surrounded by a mesh structure to keep out bugs and insects. There are sun loungers and a table and chairs under the covered lanai for when you want to stay out of the sun. Surrounding all this is a privacy fence so you are not overlooked and all doors and windows to the pool area are alarmed to protect children.
