Confirm

Once you have decided to confirm a booking by telephone or email, we will reserve that date for 7 days during which time you should complete a booking form and return it to us with your deposit.

Deposit

A deposit of £150 / $250 per week will be required.

The balance will be due 8 weeks before commencement of the holiday.

Payments can either be by cheque or money order. We can also accept credit cards via Paypal but this would incur a 3% charge.

Security Deposit

A security bond of £200 / $350 will be required and should be sent with your final payment. If no damage to the property occurs, then the full amount of the bond will be returned to you.

Receipts

You will be sent a receipt for every payment made. Upon receipt of the balance, you will be sent full instructions on how to find the villa plus either a key or key code for entry to the home. You drive directly to the villa and have no pick-up point to find.
